Buying a House

It may not be as big a step as marriage, or choosing to become a parent, but buying a house is pretty huge, when it comes to commitment. And of course, you don’t really own the house, the bank just lets you live there and pretend you own it for the next 30 years. But still, it’s a nice feeling, especially when you’ve moved around as much as I have. And we’re buying a house with history, it was built in 1862 and is a historical landmark in the town it’s in. It should be interesting and I’m sure the disbursing of the cash has only just begun…
